Dr. Pallapothu has several years of experience and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He is also the Medical Director of the Prisma Health Hernia Center in the Midlands. Dr. Pallapothu is a Verified Surgeon of Quality for Hernia – a recognition given to surgeons from the hernia collaborative for their dedication to improving the quality and value of health care for patients who suffer from hernia disease and diseases of abdominal wall.
