Description

Born and raised on a cattle farm in South Carolina, Rosetta Talbert, NP, learned early the values of hard work, responsibility, and community—qualities that continue to guide patient care today. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of Charleston, she completed both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing at South University, graduating with honors. Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Rosetta holds active licensure in South Carolina and Georgia. With more than a decade of experience in cardiovascular care, she began as a registered nurse in a cardiovascular intermediate and critical care unit and has served since 2019 as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive inpatient care, from admissions and diagnostic testing to discharge planning and follow-up coordination. Rosetta is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients, making complex medical information clear, and supporting patients through every stage of their care. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, needlepoint, and spending time outdoors, valuing balance and overall well-being.
