Palmetto Services is great! We have a rental property that the tenants moved out of and left trash and feces everywhere. I don't know how someone can get so much stuff in a short period of time and leave it all behind. I met with Palmetto Commercial on Friday and they sent a team over on Saturday to complete it so we could get contractors in. They took the dirty carpet and nasty pad too. They even too late of the feces and smell. They are great! We will definitely use Palmetto Commercial again!

Excellent experience! I hired Palmetto Commercial Services to help downsize and declutter my moms house. They were professional, fast, and friendly. And they finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely hire them again!

After reviewing pictures and speaking with the owner, I hired Palmetto Cleaning to deep clean my home. They did a wonderful job and even worked on a Saturday. They even referred me to 2 local house cleaning companies to help maintain the home each week

Happy camper! I inherited a house full of stuff. It would have taken me months or years to properly go through all of it. I hired Mike and Palmetto to help me sort everything and decide what to do with it all. They didn't disappoint! They cleaned out the entire house, attic, basement, and 2 sheds in 3 days! I have a rental property in Lexington and my “perfect” tenants left it a mess. Apparently paying on time doesn’t mean they will clean the house. They left trash, fast food, magazines, old furniture, several televisions, cat and dog urine and feces, and rotten food throughout the house. I met with Mike at Palmetto Services on Sunday and they sent out a crew the same day. They are the best!

I hifed Palmetto to clean out my mothers estate. My mother was a collector and her house was full of stuff. Palmetto was easy to work with and finished the job quickly. They took items to the auction without taking a commission and the money went to the estate. I would definitely hire them again.

Wonderful experience! I had some horrible tenants who let animal run free in the house. The animals were not house trained and left stains everywhere. The tenants trashed the house. PCS was able to clean the house, with no power or water, got the trash (and odor) out, and I was able to get a new tenant the following week!

Exceptional company! I met with the owner, Mike, within a few hours of calling. My mother needed downsizing assistance after falling in her home. Mikes team completed the entire job in 2 days for 1/3 the cost of 2 other companies. I am very impressed and highly recommend them

Great company! I hired them to clean out my dad's estate. They removed the trash from the house and yard. They gave me an inventory for the court. They even helped me sell everything! Then they cleaned the house so I could sell it! I definitely recommend them!
