Joseph Preston “Pete” Strom, Jr., the managing partner at Strom Law Firm, LLC, has been fighting for justice since 1984.
Mario defends criminal cases in State and Federal Courts in South Carolina as well as the Southern District of Georgia, Northern District of Georgia, and the Middle District of Georgia. Mario has represented individuals and corporations accused of mail fraud, wire fraud, securities fraud, drug distribution, check kiting, and numerous other crimes. Additional, Mario has litigated appeals in state and federal courts in South Carolina and Georgia and has appealed cases to the United States Supreme Court.
Mario also represents individuals on the civil side in the following types of cases: class actions, social security, workers compensation, personal injury including traumatic injury, defective products including defective drugs, nursing home neglect, and predatory lending.
Mario has been named as class counsel in numerous class actions in South Carolina and nationwide.
John currently represents the State of South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and South Carolina Employee Insurance Program in lawsuits brought against a number of pharmaceutical companies in the Average Wholesale Price litigation.
In addition to his representation of the State, John represents individuals in many types of civil litigation including: class actions, mass torts including defective drugs (such as the Graniteville train derailment, Chinese Drywall and Vioxx), business litigation, personal injury litigation, including traumatic injury and nursing home neglect.
John also assists individuals and corporations in tax litigation, involving the Internal Revenue Service and/or the South Carolina Department of Revenue in both civil and criminal matters. Further, John assists individuals and attorneys in litigation matters concerning trusts or estates.
Robyn W. Madden was born in Columbia, South Carolina in 1975. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Criminal Justice. While at the University of South Carolina she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and made the President’s List and Dean’s List.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Robyn attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was a member of the ABA Real Property Probate and Trust Journal.
After graduating from law school, Robyn worked with the McNair Law Firm as an associate in the litigation and labor and employment departments. Robyn has also served as an account manager and law firm consultant with Thomson-Reuters.
Robyn Madden is a member of the South Carolina Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of South Carolina and all South Carolina State Courts.
Robyn has also been admitted pro hac vice in the Southern District of California.

Bakari Sellers has worked for United States Congressman James Clyburn and former Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin. He is one of the youngest State Representatives and the youngest black elected official in the United States.
Bakari has had extensive leadership experience working for the Democratic Leadership Council, and Obama for America. He has been a member of the South Carolina Legislative Black Caucus since 2006.
Bakari Sellers has worked with the Strom Law Firm, LLC since 2007 and currently serves as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, where he has represented the 90th District since 2006.
